Tango with Mango Green Smoothie

    Recipe for 2 portions:

     

    Ingredients:

    - 1 cup or 40 grams of kale leaves (remove stems)

    - 100 gr. mango

    - Freshly squeezed juice of 1 orange or 150 ml

    - 1 medium kiwi or 90 gr.

    - 150 ml water

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients in a good blender and stir well until smooth.
